Diaser Management (2006) Ltd. was started on March 24, 2006 in Winnipeg, Canada in response to requests from the industry that the company principals offer their experience and expertise to industry as constructors and project managers. The firm has continually broadened its scope of practice as it became a multi-disciplined service provider. Today, Diaser together with Boge & Boge (1980) Ltd., provides a full range of engineering, construction, design-build, consulting and project management services as well as skilled labour on a contract basis.
Diaser Management (2006) Ltd. has abundant experience with design-build projects where we undertake an entire project from the feasibility and design phase through to construction and commissioning including training and human resources development.

Boge and Diaser are characterized by people who perform work safely with excellence, creativity and efficiency. We are flexible and can augment an owner’s preferred contractors, or we can provide total turn-key project solutions.
Project sizes vary from a crew of 4 to 150 and contract values ranged from $250,000 - $20,000,000.
Diaser now provides skilled labourers on a contract basis. This includes journeyman, millwrights, electricians, pipefitters, iron workers and carpenters. Contracts vary from 2 weeks to 10 month contracts.
