Boge & Boge and Diaser Management were selected by a mine to provide engineering and construction services to remove existing vacuum-drum filters and install a new pressure filter. The purpose of this project was to upgrade the filter system to accommodate the changing feed conditions.
Our challenge was to complete this eight-month project without causing any delay in production to the client and to ensure the new filter was ready in time for the new feed. This equipment change-out was completed as a design-build project ahead of schedule and under the $6.5M budget.
