Is one of the founding principals of Boge and Boge (1980) Ltd. and has been with the firm since its inception. Hans is widely regarded in Winnipeg and western Canada for his ability to understand difficult engineering problems and respond with innovative and cost-effective solutions. While still maintaining his role in the firm, increasingly his focus has been on the development of international projects and associated humanitarian efforts in the developing world.
Sharon Wiens-Hiebert, MBA
General Manager
Has been managing the firm for two decades during which time the company has constantly growing its financial and human resource base.
Hans E. Boge, P.Eng.
Chief Engineer
Is the second generation of the Boge family to be involved in the firm. As chief engineer he is responsible for a large part of the day to day operations of the firm. In addition to his experience with Boge, Hans has extensive on-site experience with one of the largest mining companies in Canada . In terms of energy to guide a project, HEB brings a standard that is hard to match.
Sergei Doodchenko, P. Eng.,
President Diaser Management Ltd.
Is associated with Boge and through his firm, Diaser Management. Sergei has a long relationship with Boge during which time his experience in mining and industrial engineering and construction has resulted in many successful projects throughout western and northern Canada, the USA and internationally.
Don Nelson , P. Eng.
Is a mechanical and process engineer highly experienced with a number of large and complex projects in the mining, forest products and industrial sectors in Canada, the USA and overseas.
Staff
Boge staff are characterized by a broad diversity in backgrounds and skill sets. What they share in common is the desire and the work ethic to deliver a superior product to the client on time and within budget.
